Smart Power Control Technology is a new solution to add enough power supply on USB cards. The old version USB host controller card need to install additional power cable or can not light up device. The Smart Power Control Technology designed 4X voltage transformer to pick up power from mother board PCIE slot, convert 12V/3.5A power to USB 5V/8A and allocate 5V/2A to each USB 3.0 port. Meanwhile, Smart Power Control Technology equipped with 4X fuse and 4X solid capacitor to protect connected USB 3.0 device from overload, over current, overheat. Make sure all connected USB device running in high performance without any power cable installation.
